Why all interesting things are private again? :-(
Yes, it works, but it required copying parts of various .h files
(they are not installed by default). Fortunately it's C and not OCaml
so names exported from any module can be accessed.
E.g. I had to copy the 'instructions' type to obtain the values of
RAISE and RERAISE. I don't think it's very stable across releases.
It makes the whole solution more version-dependent than necessary
and so ugly that I'm not sure it's worth doing.
