Hello,

What specific aspects of the OCaml runtime prevent it from being
compiled and used as a shared library? Also, how does this flow on to
ocaml libraries, including the standard library itself becoming shared
libraries?

I've raised these issues a couple times, but I've never really
stumbled upon a concrete answer to explain theses serious (IMO)
flaws/limitations of the otherwise very powerful O'Caml language.

Kindest Regards,

Jonathan Roewen
