His conclusion though is that it is practically impossible
to introduce any kind of static typing to Perl. Contrast it
with http://www.cc.gatech.edu/~lex/ti/ti.html
where Lex Spoon attempts to deliver a type inference engine to
Smalltalk (sic!).
