Est-il possible de creer un programme capable de modifier
son environnement (un espece de toplevel en quelque sorte)
en supportant les threads ?

Mon probleme consiste a ajouter dynamiquement des declarations
de valeurs globales a un programme avec threads.

Une idee ?
