You need to create an account for the bug tracker (http://caml.inria.fr/mantis/) and watch the affected issues. However, you're presumably referring to http://caml.inria.fr/mantis/view.php?id=6531 which has been fixed and so will be in 4.02.1 (given that Damien explicitly mentioned it on this list when 4.02.1 was announced).
