<https://github.com/fmp88/ocaml-zeromq> and
<https://github.com/fmp88/ocaml-czmq> but I don't know much about
their status.

Also, I have <https://github.com/dsheets/ocaml-sodium> which is
sufficient to implement DNSCurve.

These all use ctypes which should be getting stub generation Real Soon Now.
