Hallo again,

I am going to release an Ocsigen-based CMS, and I'm looking for some
information concerning the license.  My default option would be GPL v2+,
but it seems that in the OCaml world it is customary to include a linking
exception.  Could someone point me to an up-to-date, legalese-compliant
version of this GPL variant?
