Hi,
I'm surprised no one mentions vim:
You get 1,2,4,5,6 in Daniel's mail + all vim plugins and usual editing
and scripting facilities.
3 would easily be scriptable.
Furthermore vim is probably among the lightweightest.
You also have tags.
All the above shall be true of emacs too.
