There&#39;s Xavierbot in this style : <a href="http://et.redhat.com/~rjones/xavierbot/">http://et.redhat.com/~rjones/xavierbot/</a><br>I haven&#39;t tested it and it&#39;s not a webui but it&#39;s still remote and there are plenty java applets to connect to IRC. =)
