Dear list members,

I think that Filename.basename "a/b/c/" should return "c/" because
ìf you write a trailing slash you meant that the filename represents a directory and this
information should be preserved and accounted by all Unix and Filename calls so that your
code can answer "this is not a directory" in some places.
