Since ocamlc is not built with -g itself, I cannot produce an exception
backtrace. How can I investigate this bug, so as to produce a meaningful bug report?

1. find the smallest program triggering the error?
2. recompile ocamlc by adding '-g' option to CAMLC in Makefile file?
