may be camlp4 is able do do that
(http://caml.inria.fr/camlp4/index.html) : it is a preprocessor pretty
printer for ocaml, capable to change completely the ocaml syntax, and
there is a pa_sml.cmo, a parser that can understand the sml syntax.
but i haven't use it, so ...
