Hi,

It's already there, of course. I'm attaching the whole thing,
since this is a tiny dummy example that reproduces the problem
in the real project.

What about adding «"lib": tnclude» into the main _tags file?
BTW «<foo_core> or <foo_ext>: include» could be written
«"foo_core" or "foo_ext": include»
