Okay, thanks. Not sure I fully understand, because the reported error
does not come from the fact ocamlbuild was not installed. It was
installed in the 4.03.0 switch. Couldn't the older versions of menhir
have an additional dependency? But then the error message would still be
there so I'm guessing there is another issue I do not understand...
