I recommend John Whitington's books, available as DRM-free PDF
at http://ocaml-book.com/ (not free, but worth every penny).

John Whitington's books are excellent resources for beginners. You might
also want to consider Real World OCaml, which is freely available at
https://realworldocaml.org/
