I'm not sure why you want to do this, but I am interested in something
related - namely building an OCaml/Windows cross-compiler running on
Fedora[1]. There's a bug about cross-compilation here:

Does anyone have detailed steps / HOWTO before I try this? .. probably
later this week.
If this project comes to fruition then we'll be shipping tools like
virt-df and virt-top (written in OCaml) on Windows, and this implies
shipping dependent libraries too. Of course we'll be building them
entirely from Linux ...
