At every ocaml release.

I wonder why you neeed such information, nevertheless here it is:
Basically, JoCaml is the 'jocamltrunk' branch in ocaml CVS,
it also has a 'module' name: jocsl.
Syncing jocaml with ocaml is a two step process:
Checkout jocaml:
cvs co -kk -r jocamltrunk jocsl
Perform changes from (ocaml) release1 to release2 in jocaml
cvs update -kk -j release1 -j release2
(There are a few details left, such as bootstrap)
