Someone asked me why the CFLAGS variable is not always taken into account while building the compiler (notably in asmrun/, where NATIVECCCOMPOPTS is used instead). As i am not able to give a proper answer to this question, i forward it here. Also, if only some flags are unsafe or unsupported in NATIVECCCOMPOPTS, i'd like to know which ones so i can filter them out to prevent problems. -- Thank goodness modern convenience is a thing of the remote future. -- Pogo, by Walt Kelly ------------------- To unsubscribe, mail caml-list-request@inria.fr Archives: http://caml.inria.fr Bug reports: http://caml.inria.fr/bin/caml-bugs FAQ: http://caml.inria.fr/FAQ/ Beginner's list: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ocaml_beginners
