Is there anything obvious about functors? ;-)
I've found the following syntax to work:
module Make =
functor (Key:Map.OrderedType) -> functor (Pri:Map.OrderedType) ->
struct
....
end;;
... though I'm not qualified to comment on the merits of doing or not
doing this.
