Ryan,

I've attached an archive with the program that has the mysterious stops.  I wasn't able to create a smaller program to duplicate the problem, although it is likely possible.

The attached archive has a makefile, the required .ml files, and a script, called start, which starts the program.

To run in the debugger, start the debugger, do "source args.ocd", and then run.
