This is the first spam that has appeared on caml-list since its
creation. Sad...

It's worse than that. Posting on caml-list is allowed only from
addresses subscribed to the list. This has rejected all spams so
far. But this one has a "From:" address (forged, of course) which
corresponds to a subscriber of this list...
