Certainly there's no second linking with the ocaml runtime in the
original main program compile-and-link, which works fine:
> cc -L'/usr/local/lib/ocaml' -lunix -lbigarray -lstr -lz -o test
> cpdflibc-test.c zlibstubs.o cpdflib.a
