This is not exactly what you asked for, but Ensemble includes stubs
for DES, IDEA, and RC4. The Ensemble 0.61 toolkit is available from:
http://simon.cs.cornell.edu/Info/Projects/Ensemble/index.html
Look in the ensemble/crypto directory.
