Hi,

I enhanced the html Version of the ocaml reference manual in two
ways:

- There is a page containing all grammar production rules, with
metasymbols as hyperlinks, pointing to their definition.

- There is a version of the reference manual, where all changes
with respect to version 2.01 are marked with icons or color.
