For example: #let m = make_vect 1024 0;; m : int vect = [|0; 0; 0; 0; 0; ... |] ... #let m = 0;; m : int = 0 (* <- Will the space allocated for the vector be reclaimed ?*) My problem is that i want manipulate *large* objects (image ADTs) in an applicative way (ie creating a new object at each operation) without saturating Caml memory..
