type x = [ `A | `B of x]
# type y = [`A | `B of y | `C] ;;
type y = [ `A | `B of y | `C]
# fun a -> (a :x :> y) ;;
- : x -> y = <fun>

Doesn't that mean that x is a subtype of y ?
