INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

 

Submission and selection of proposed interventions will be con= ducted=20 as follows:

1- Submit, before June=20 8, 2012,

- for industrial=20 implementations and experiments, a text of at least 1000 words (about 5= ,000=20 characters, figures excluded), in English, including the title of the paper= , an=20 abstract of about 200 words, and the address, phone and fax numbers as well= as=20 the email address of the authors. If already available, a complete text (ab= out=20 20,000 characters) would be welcome.

- For applied researc= h=20 results, a text not exceeding the equivalent of 20,000 characters in le= ngth=20 (with figures included), in English, including the title of the paper, a 20= 0-500=20 word summary, and the address, phone and fax numbers as well as the email= =20 address of the authors.

- For tools demonstra= tions and=20 posters presentations, a t= ext not=20 exceeding 2 pages

2- Full papers or extended abstracts will be reviewed by at le= ast=20 three independent reviewers and selected by the International Program Commi= ttee.=20

3- Authors of accepted papers or extended papers will be notif= ied by=20 July 1rst, 2012 an= d will=20 receive the recommendations made by the International Program Committee.=20

4- Authors of accepted abstracts or full papers should provide= ,=20 before August 1st, 201= 2,=20 a text not exceeding the equivalent of 20,000 characters in length (with fi= gures=20 included), in the form of a file, in Word format, attached to an electronic= =20 message. Final texts will be submitted, for final checking, to the Internat= ional=20 Program Committee before publication in the Conference Proceedings, which w= ill=20 be available during the event.

5- At least one author is required to register and attend the= =20 conference to present the paper
