Then I suggest to post here a representative (rather complex) example of
your C binding glue code.

This is normal. The sudo applies to the echo command, not to the
redirection. You want to redirect as root, not as the user, so 

sudo sh -c 'echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/randomize_va_space'

should work.
