As far as I know the FSF agreed that the Apache license conditions are a subset of the GPL 3 conditions, so that you can redistribute Apache stuff under GPL3. But the references I looked into (Wikipedia + the Apache site I cited below) all state that no version of Apache is compatible with GPL 2 and Ocamllib is LGPL2.1. Furthermore (again afaik) GPL2 and GPL3 are also incompatible, so that you cannot even combine Apache SW and ocammlib and distribute it under GPL3 or LGPL3.
