Seems like ocamldep got some problems with paths :

When I run : ocamldep aexpr.ml test.ml
I got the following :

aexpr.cmo : aexpr.cmi
test.cmo : aexpr.cmi

But if I run ocamldep from the parent directory : ocamldep aexpr/aexpr.ml
aexpr/test.ml
I got only :

aexpr/aexpr.cmo : aexpr/aexpr.cmi

This can cause problems if you're having large project using
multiple-directories.
( Tested under 3.04 Win32 native )

There's an allusion to this somewhere in the manual (in the ocamldep
part I guess). You have to use the -I switch in this case :

  ocamldep -I aexptr aexpre/aexpr.ml aexpr/test.ml

should do what you want.
